Phase 1: Questionnaire 
Every one of our projects starts with our client questionnaire. This helps us understand your goals so we can get started on creating solutions that work for you!


Phase 2: Consultation
This is our first meeting face to face, where we will explore your wants/needs, gather and analyze facts, and present our solutions. We will establish scope of work, measure and photograph space. 

 
Phase 3: Proposal
After we have a clear understanding of your project, you will receive a custom proposal outlining your investment breakdown. Upon receipt of the signed and approved scope of work and the retainer, your project is now underway!


Phase 4: Design Development 
Sit back and relax, while we create a custom design that aligns with your visions, budget, and lifestyle! This is when we will begin to create a selection of materials, colors and fixtures for you to pick from!


Phase 5: Working Drawings 
After your approval we will finalize the design, which includes any changes that may have happened during the design development. At this time we ask for a 50% material deposit to place all orders, as well as apply for any necessary permits. We will begin to select our team of construction professionals to execute your project to perfection. 


Phase 6: Construction Phase 
Once we have an idea of timeline in which all materials will arrive on site, we will schedule a start date that works for both parties and your project will begin!

Phase 7: Punchlist  
After we have finished the construction process we take the time to carefully review all of the work with our client(s) in order to identify any imperfections which need to be addressed. At this stage we take pride in ensuring you're 100% satisfied with the quality and workmanship of our product. 


Phase 8: Turn Over Day! 
The day we've been waiting for! When the construction is completed we get everything set up and ready for you. It's all- hands-on-deck as we assemble furniture, fixtures, hang every picture and fluff every pillow. It's time for you to enjoy your new space for years to come!
